Beginning in 2022 and likely extending into 2025, the Habitat Agency and its co-permittee agencies are preparing a Major Amendment to the Habitat Plan. Intended to extend the benefits of Habitat Plan coverage to new special status plant and wildlife species and to address early challenges to implementation of the Plan's Conservation Strategy, the Amendment will ensure the continued success of the Habitat Plan for decades to come.
