Santa Clara Valley Habitat Agency and partners have purchased the 1,861 acre Tilton Ranch, between South San Jose and Morgan Hill,  consisting of rolling grasslands, oak trees, and serpentine rock outcroppings to be preserved for wildlife habitat and open space.
